Blakes also do a stopcock grease but I can't find a link.

Did you give it a reseat with grinding paste?

Yes lapped in with paste.....only problem there was some corrosion on the cone that was too deep to remove, I think though that the grease should make it water tight.

Apart from that the valve cleaned up O'k thanks.
