I need to add some fresh water capacity, and I will use a flexible tank.
It will be put in a purpose built plywood box, and the ideal tank I found is 75 cm wide. But the maximal width of the box will be approx 68 cm.
Does anybody have an opinion of 'squeezing' the tank?

Shouldn\'t be a problem...

Many flexible water tanks consist of a watertight plastic inner bag contained in a strong fabric outer. The fabric outer is smaller than the plastic inner - so that undue tension can't be put on the welded seams of the plastic inner. By putting a flexible tank in a space that's a bit smaller, you're not harming it. Bear in mind too that, although the tank's contents might be heavy, there's virtually no pressure involved.

don't forget to line the box with carpet or similar as when the tank is half full there is a tendency for the water to surge back and forth causing the collapsed part of the tank to chafe the sides, it doesn't move much........but..........just a thought.. keith
