Anyone here is jet skiing from south end? I am very keen on a jet ski and wanting to know if there is a group I can join to ride out together and privide some info on harbour etc

I know it is not a great idea to ride on your own and probably not fun

Best to have a websearch look for "jet ski forum". There are several which will advise you on areas, launching ramps, local regulations, suitable clothing, speed regulations, insurance, training, towing, safety, etc.

There is also "Pitsea Marina" at Wat tyler country park but it can get rather wild west there.
Some were launching at Leigh marina, dont know if they still do.
While some are sensible there is a sizeable minority of idiots who give the good ones a bad name.
There are now cctv cameras covering the creek at Benfleet & these can & will be used to prosecute people speeding through the moorings.

From what I understand on here the blackwater is a popular river for jet skiers. It gets mentioned quite a bit on here so may be worth a go. I believe there is a launch ramp at Bradwell marina.

Bradwell marina charge £28 to use the slipway.
Won’t even sell them fuel let alone launch there.
Stone ski club is a good option but it’s members only with a waiting list I think. As far as I know there are no public slips on the south side, most of the Romford navy launch through the caravan parks.
