A long time ago....

When someone started a thread that reached epidemic proportions - like this one - they got vhf radios, chartplotters, radar, goretex waterproofs and a years supply of soltron.
Does anyone know if this practice continues or has Kim's giving hand withered?

Soltron

I'm not sure we should be going there - then again it could double your posts on this thread and that would mean a lifetime supply of Musto Goretex Knickers, Henri-lloyd breathable thongs and the complete works of Adlard Coles on Flag etiquette.
Think carefully before choosing....stack or brag?

Starter for 10

Kim gets edgy when soltron threads start to develop - however he's been quiet of late so perhaps this will stimulate.
Soltron is a product - therefore commercial interest is not far away. It has proved difficult to prove whether use improves approved engines. That is not to say that we cannot all improve on all aspects of performance - be that personal or mechanical - so as you can see it is tricky issue and not one I fully understand.
Hope that helps

It seems to be the stinkie's magic elixir. They stick in the fuel, and drink it as a liqueur, in equal measures.

Seems to clean out fuel lines and digestive system equally well.

Sorry mate, if you want to use it as a suppository, you need Soltron Extra. Regular is no good at all for anal use.

Don't tell me you've gone and ordered one! I thought we could all meet up at the 2003 show and come with you to the Moody stand. Now that would be a party! Of course, no-one would agree on anything, and you may end up buying nothing - which would suit those who want to keep yachts down to a minimum to give them the room they need to sail themselves - but I'd love to have been there just to listen to the 'informed' debate!

Just get on with it, and enjoy!!
