Drag the bounders behind in the tender.

Had this done to me some years ago when I had a pipe. It was a job lot of cut price shag. Would have made a nice substitute for the famous bucket full of oily rags.

Smoking is only banned in enclosed* public spaces, so the deck of a boat is okay.

*enclosed defined as a covered area with walls on at least 50% of it's perimeter.

Both Smoking charter boats and Smoking training boats are to be avoided - look for the extinguisher, or jump /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif

Well i know merchant vessels are supposedly exempt from the ban, especaiaaly it your own cabin. (for obvious reasons, would you light up on the deck of a gas carrier?) so there may be a possibility that this would include charter yachts.
