Mine has the same forward bulkhead as yours but with a ply infill panel, all you need is a hawse pipe. My anchor is on chocks on deck but I plan on modifying the anchor roller for it to sit on there.
As a said before I think you'll be very pleased with a ballad and that one looks well looked after.
Edit, pic to show hawse pipe and Rocna 15 template and you can just make out the anchor locker cover on the bulkhead in the other pic.
