Slumming it in Lagos

I was down there a few months ago buying pilot books off @greeny and can confirm that Stingo mk1 is there. I know this because all the unmistakable botched repair jobs were still in plain sight. Perhaps @Wandering Star might like to comment, because he bought Stingo off me several moons ago

p.s. any chance of an unincriminating photo?

I sold Stingo to an Irish couple who renamed her with an Irish name. They were very friendly and I’m sure they’ll make excellent neighbours. If you meet up with them please pass on our regards (Brian & Rita), they should remember us as my wife’s Irish and spent a while reminiscing over all things Irish.

Brian, Stingo is now called Bali Hai and, if I'm not mistaken, is currently owned by someone by the name of Michael (Mick) Murphy, who is always the life of the party, according to a few Fakepoo posts that I've seen. I hope to meet him in the not to distant future and share a few anecdotes about Stingo

I'll warn my liver!

There are several people that should be included, I'll try list them....
@greeny
@Graham376
@Beneteau381
Bet there are several others, apologies for not tagging you if you're in the Algarve.
You and webbie might do a better job at tagging others that might be in the area.

Good to see she’s retained her original CQR anchor and that there’s no visible evidence of structural or even gel coat damage due to the the old technology anchor failing to hold over the years.
