Welcome aboard the forum to HMCG and RYA - could we have a Department of Transport Representative comment on Light Fees?

I Quote: "In a Department for Transport, Local Government and the Regions (DTLR) review of the costs of maintaining aids to navigation, it has been suggested that charges could be levied on pleasure craft".

Oh goodie goodie - looking forward to slipping 10p into the slot meter on the Chichester Bar Beacon!
