I recently purchased a used TP10 Tillerpilot, which worked very badly when tried. I opened the unit and found that the 2 sensor magnets in the big drive wheel were completely loose. One of them had slipped and tore the sensors off the Hall Effect PCB. I have tried to locate a new PCB (E 03184:TP), so far without any luck.
