Sigma 36 v 362

IIRC, the 36 is a fractional rig , is the older design and deck layout is not as neat as the 362
The 362 was a masthead rig, and was available with a winged keel, that actually worked (as well as reducing depth)

In races between them, the 362 should win, and it is easier to handle

Errmmm, not 100% sure, but from memory I thought the 362 was the cruising version of the Sigma 36 racer/cruiser.............. smaller sail area/very unlikely to win if 36 sailed correctly.

Sigma 36 definately available as F or MH rig; older model; Not sure if 362 has both rigs - I think they do. Friend has 362 fin keel; nice boat; sails well esp in heavier weather; good looking boat.
IMHO the deep fin should always sail better than the wing keel - esp to windward - and easier to get off if aground. So unless you intend to go thro the French Canals etc go for the fin.
Have a look at these:-
