Should I buy Dubarry boots?

I can vouch for Rigger boots, although they are heavy they are about the only thing that grips on horrible squelchy harbour mud! I used to use them for our boat kept on a drying mooring for that exact reason, and in the dinghy to keep my feet dry

My current foul-weather boots are some green wellies, the decent ones with the cream coloured soles that don't mark the deck and seem to grip quite nicely. Being unlined they do actually eventually dry out on board too
