Anyone local know what the access is like to The Shipwright's Arms if you're dinghying in from the Swale? Next weekends mid afternoon tide looks ideal for a visit an hour or so either side of HW.

Shall we expect to be covered in mud or not?

Any info appreciated!

There are some steps on the Faversham side. (Behind buoy)
This was neaps last year, I'd left Faversham just after high water.Hollowshore2.PNGHollowshore.PNG

Great picture MGSailor!

I believe the Kingsferry Bridge is closed this weekend so might have to reschedule this trip, we were planning on doing a lap of the Island, rather than the long way round twice!

This forum is great for pilotage tips, especially important ones like this.
