My wife and I are keen to do the Ships Captains Medical course. Does anyone know who runs it?

You could always try Fleetwood Nautical College

I think that you will find that there is a course called "First Aid for Seafarers", which quite a few clubs do in the winter months and which you can also do at an MN training centre (it is only a couple of days long) and a book called the "Ship Captain's Medical Guide" which you can buy from a good chart agent.
