Not sure what you're suggesting but Lindon Lewis Marine sell Ultra-low suphur red diesel to spec EN590 as documented in MBM a little while ago. Not sure i'd want to fill my car with Diesel drums either!

Suzanne's right Shepperton don't sell the low spec stuff, its the same as a roadside garage sells just with a red dye added, I think the Thames MDL marinas sell low sulpher as well.
