Shaft coupling identification

Has anyone seen a coupling/flexible joint like this? How does this come off the shaft?

Brilliant. Than you.. at least i now know what it is. The bolts fixing it to the gearbox end have ripped out of the centaflex ...

My boat's got one. You undo all the bolts and use the larger threaded holes to push the cone out.
