Seven Day Warning

Hi My partner and myself(both war babies) are on our last fling.
We are joining the Good ship Stratos at Southamton quay next Sunday for a weeks sailing instruction. My partner on competent crew and myself for Day skipper. So those of you sailing in the Solent from next week beware ,we don not know what we are doing. Advice required.
1) Do we salute the crew as we board. They are all coastal skippers and instructor
2) Should we take viagra or as it is a weeks course the new french drug called 'Le Weekend'
3)We have plastic bags to put on our feet ,before the wellies
4) latex gloves to go inside our new sailing gloves
5) Are kwells to be taken
6)One coastal skipper is taken an exam. Do I put the motor cone up the wrong way?.
7) Should I take my Harry potter broomstick for some flying practice.
If you see us please get out of the way and Wave.

1 No, but once you're aboard, let the crew know that you're actually from the RYA doing a 'mystery shopper' on the skipper.

2 Take the viagra, but slip one into each crewmembers coffe on different days.

3 Not recommended.

4 Only for the internal examination.

5 Only if you need the skippers sympathy.

6 Yes, excellent idea.

7 If the breeze is like today, you won't need it.

Viagra

I find the Viagra very useful when sailing. Stops me falling out of my bunk when heeled...

Make sure you take it with water - I knew somebody who got the tablets caught in his throat - He had a stiff neck for about 8 hours afterwards !!
