If its been running OK then - Engine oil & new engine oil filter; Replace engine fuel filter including the sealing 'O' ring; Replace raw water impeller; Check alternator & Raw water pump drive belts for wear - replace if at all uncertain; Check gearbox oil.
Visual check for any leaks etc.
Not part of the engine but change primary fuel filter assuming you have one.
Don't forget the two anodes, mine normally last about two seasons. If you phone Marine Power ( http://www.marine-power.co.uk) they will sell and deliver to you a kit with all the bits you need. You may need the age or serial number of the engine for the impeller as they changed the pump about 8-10 years ago.
In addition to above would inspect all hoses carefully for signs of wear if any detected replace. make sure antifreeze / coolant levels are appropriate and clear raw water filter.
