Volvo penta warranty and service question

We have an 18 mth old d275. I have a parts warranty until 2029. Obviously I am keen to maintain the warranty. I was a but shocked today to read that this years service 48mths includes replacement of exhaust. Does anyone know if this is the bit from the engine to where? If it's to the back of my boat then it will cost me loads... in fact if I do it 3 times in 6 years it will cost more than the bl@@dy engine!
Can this be right?. My last exhaust lasted 20 years

I imagine just the exhaust outlet elbow, but I don't see it mentioned as a routine replacement in the service schedules in the owners manual

VP's list price €821, but £165 from Parts 4 Engines or £522 for a stainless steel one
