Can anyone point me in the right direction to obtain a service manual for a 5.7 mercruiser please

The only manual I'm familiar with is the Seloc Manual which seems to be readily available online from various vendors. I got mine from a company here in Ireland called "Marine parts direct". There are also manuals available over on the "iboats.com" website, where there is a dedicated Mercruiser forum.
The Seloc manual often comes in for some criticism for it's general lack of clarity, which I tend to agree with. Pictures are often quite grainy, black and white and difficult to understand. I'm sure others will chime in.

+1 for Martin's link . Also you may want to try iboats.com. If you give them the serial numbers they have free pdf's of the factory service manuals. :encouragement:

You can get the factory service manuals secondhand from the US on eBay. Expensive but they are very good.

I can PM you a manual, just need a few more details, what year is the engine is it Carb? EFI? or MPI?
