selling my caprice

i spent two yearsl ovingly restoring a family owned Caprice classic sailing yacht for my young family to use, unfortuately my eight year old boy has grown so fast this last six months that he can no longer stand up inside with shoes. I would like to give for a reasonable cost to a new owner, after being in the family since new 1971, so i dont want to just put it up for sale as norm, I m seriously thinking of up grading to centuar westerly so if some was thinking of down grading ???

any help would be appreciated ??
