Seller Financing in the UK - or other advice

Hi all, I'm just revisiting this thread for a nostalgic update.

After 2 years in a seller finance deal we managed to generate enough equity in the boat we bought to get a conventional lender to pay off the owner.

We're now looking to upgrade to a larger boat, and may reconsider seller finance once again.
