Ordered a Silva Nomad handheld electronic compass.
Slight blemish on screen - replaced immeadiately (posted out same day)
without quibble after phone call with Simon.

Been buying from them for over 20 years always had great service.

Now they are on the internet their prices are even keener and I can call in and collect from their shop, I only live about 9 miles away, no waiting in for the couriers.

Mind you calling into the shop has its dangers, as I nearly always end up spotting something else I want.
