I have been trying to contact Lee and Gemma about a new bracket and some spares but they have not answered a call or email for months. Does anyone know what the situation is?

I guess that the Covid thing cannot have been easy. So not being judgemental here … would just like to know if I can get some genuine parts before starting to make-do-and-mend.
