Sea valve failure

I have 6 polypropylene through hull valves, manufactured by KM Marine Developements from 'Maranyl'-ICI™, after many years service (+10 years) the sealing 'wedge' has deteriorated and crumbled away. Has anyone experience of this, does anyone know if the valves are still manufactured and are there SPARES available?

Can't really help with spares but, after 10 years plus, wouldn't it be advisable to change the lot?....after all, it can get very wet down there if one failed.
