Saying two on vhf

As a matter of pure curiosity, if your boat name has a "two" at the end, how do you say this on vhf? Do you spell it out in letters, tango, whisky, oscar or so you use the number 2?

I would spell it as which type of 'to' do you mean. The spelling gets over this.

If it is a numeral then just say "too" .... as you would for a numeral in the callsign

Only spell it out phonetically if the name includes the word two.

Too many boats spell it 'Too' so that would have to be Tango Oscar Oscar.

1-8 are no problem for people with Irish accents, but the 9, which is spelt in a way that is intended for British people to pronounce "ni-nah" comes out as " noi- nur" over here.

Well firstly it depends why you even need to, and secondly it depends what the boat is actually called.
