Sailing to Cuba Need Insurance

Hi,
I am having a difficult time finding an insurance company that will insure a sail boat going to Cuba. It seems none of the companies in North America will provide it. Probably something to do with Bush's trading with the enemy policy on Cuba. Does anyone know of a broker/insurance company that will cover Cuba?

A European insurer should be able to help. A broker such as Pantnaeus will offer countries bordering the Caribbean Sea including such USA no go areas like Columbia and Cuba, only problem will be cost!!!
