I ordered a new sail before lockdown and paid for it up-front via credit card. A week after lockdown I was told it had been cut out but not sown up but not to worry because they were doing some work with staff safely distanced and it would creep through. In the seven weeks since I have phoned up twice and been told "yes we know about it" but no hint of a delivery date. Am I unreasonable in expecting one of their staff working from home to at least keep me posted and to be given some sort of date when I can expect delivery ? I am also concerned that I will end up with a "Friday Afternoon job" which has been done by different people at diffrent times and after a long layoff. What does the committee think ??
