Why not just write your own list? If you need it to be editable and printable you can start with a blank sheet.

As said make your own. One kind of safety card should list all safety gear showing location. The next to each item any instructions on use. ie VHF radio how to make a distress call. This list will normally be posted on a bulkhead.
Second kind is a checklist one for departure one for pack up before leaving boat. Aircraft have a lot of check lists. Used to be in a plastic box with each item covered or exposed by a slider. So you physically cover each item as it is dealt with until none are exposed. Now days all done on screen. ol'will

There is a utube cruising family on a yacht called Britican -Kim the mother has a number of safety cards and info on cruising stuff which mIght be instructional. They sail o a larger yacht but have a home base in Gosport notwithstanding a US location of sailing.

I think that much of the information would be boat-specific, such as my card that reads "lifejackets and lines are in the starboard saloon locker". I found it easier to write my own and include important information such as warnings to novices about the vey hot water and keeping clear of winches. It is laminated and sits with my Mayday card.

I've generally found 'quick fixes' not so good in the end - but can provide guide to create own. You have to decide also how many activities you are going to create a card for ...

The other factor is of course each person will put info / directions on that are specific to their boat / situation.

The PBO cards were actually quite good ... I still have some ... lost some over the years. I photocopied .. enlarged and then laminated the real emergency ones.
Obviously I cannot upload for people to download as they are PBO CR .....
