S41 Problems

I would be keen to speak to any owners of Sealine S41 boats that have had problems with the mechanics or hard tops. I would also like to know if anyone has been told about existing problems with any engine leg combinations or pending recals?
I would also like to hear if you find the boat rolls more than you would expect?

Did you own an S37 before the S41?

I had an F33 with Volvo drives etc. I had lots of problems with electolysis. Had a major fall out with Sealine and Volvo. Won't buy anything from them again!

Patrick, MBY did a test on the S41 a while back and I think they found problems with the roof flexing and, understandably, you would expect the boat to roll a bit more with that lump up top. Also I believe they found the performance of a single prop Merc engined boat to be sluggish and reccomended duo props for reasonable performance
