RYA evening course

Where can I do an evening course theory - navigation etc around North or West London during this autumn??? Ideally a college or something .....

Contact the borough education dept. They will give you a list adult education centres running the courses. I live in surrey and took a couple of courses in Merton. Because I lived out side the borough the cost was slightly higher. I think when I took YM a few years ago it was around the £150 mark and another £30 for books and course papers etc. What you thinking of taking?

PBO this month, (Sept) lists loads of places doing RYA courses and there's a dozen or so in London and Herts that should be reachable for you from Enfield.

BTW did you end up with moving the boat to the River Lee as your weekday pied a terre or what?

I found the PBO list fairly incomplete especially for the Kent area. A phone call to the local education authority would be worthwhile, they normally do a comprehensive list of courses.
