Pleased to see this but less so the reports of the failed rescue of the 27 immigrants who drowned last year ,apparently under the close gaze of both the French and English coastguards .

How do you tell the difference between RN and RNLI: "Three of the Diamond's sailors then went back to the yacht and helped the boat's skipper to stabilise the vessel and sail it back to the UK."
