Round the Island 2012 on BBC2 8pm ( coast ) tonight

We need to remember that this was not a sailing programme but a general interest one. I thought it gave a reasonable flavour of what racing is like, which will have attracted and repelled viewers with no sailing experience. I have no objection to a bit of hyperbole and the presenter, whose name I've forgotten, seems a decent sort.

The other items all interested me and I especially enjoyed watching the Zimbabweans having a great day out fishing.
