removing sikaflex from a groove

I have used a wire brush to good effect. Depending on size and access, a wire brush on cordless drill may be better as low speed is sufficient.

Face mask recommended.

There is a feinmaster ( spelling might be wrong) that does this job if you can borrow one but other cheaper ones exist I guess. Is the sikaflex hard or soft as we cut out sticky sikaflex with a Stanley knife to replace with new but a small chisel can work to run along groove maybe ?

dremel tool ?
what bit to use, do the small wire brushes take this out ?
tnx

I have used a router with a bit the same width as the groove and a straight edge to help control the router.

I have also used a stanley knife to run down each side of the groove and a thin wood chisel to remove the sikaflex.

The osculating fein machines has a caulking removal tool
