Removing old anti fouling

I’ve had to defer the big sand blast back to epoxy event through lack of time this year so I’m just trying to remove unstable bits and roughen it up to get a better grip for primer then one cost of anti foul. I’ll be using a Bahco scraper but what grade of paper is best - 40-60 or less coarse than that?

I am going with as coarse as I can get it on mine this year.. no point mucking about. I am using sanding mesh though so slightly different approach, but it's 60 grade
