If you haven't already found something to suit you, we're running a 2-week trip from Largs to Badachro 2-16 June. It's mainly for some former students who want to gain tidal experience and who have been tempted by my husband's glowing reports of sailing on the west coast of Scotland. We have some berths left.
No we have the same 24 hour day as the rest of Britain and there are much nicer things to see during that time. One thing that is short are the Haggis they are not fully grown in the early part of the year and have very short legs much easier to catch for your dinner.
Late February was very good this year, very cold, I was out for seven days down to Campbeltown, north channel and up the sound of Jura lots of snow on the Isles.
