Really cheap diesel S23

Classified ad for a 2004 KAD32 powered S23.

Looks like a good spec, on ebay here for £25,995

I am not the biggest fan of the S23/25 but that seems like a pretty good deal to me.

Yes jez I was looking at it on ebay last night and benalmadena is a great spot, though I wonder if its subject to this spanish tax?? and thats why its cheap, or is it for a half share and they arent saying.

There is nothing to suggest such in the ad, and he mentions that he has seen simliar boats on for £10k and £14k more (which is about right).

I think this could just be a genuine bargain, but I agree anyone should check the paperwork very carefully.

IMO that is expensive
when considering that in Malta these sold for similar prices like 6 /5 years ago

Bought through the Company!.......

Might need shot of it quick & possibly still owe money for it.
Once met a guy who bought a boat & had the reciept made out for a transit van!, quickly ran away from that one.

It's not something that I would be happy with & would need to be really convinced they do own the boat.

I agree, even in this times of recession that's a very good price. Looks like a clean and tidy example too.

I suspect that what we might be beginning to see is people who are really needing to sell their boat realising that the old method of pricing it a bit under all the others isn't enough anymore.

There'll always be the usual boats that are at the "standard" price, that may pick up a buyer if the seller waits long enough and picks up someone looking for specifically what he has, but in the current climate, if you want to get it gone then you've got to get real.

The old adage very firmly applies, anything is only really worth what someone out there will actually pay for it.

sorry wrong boat I was saying of the previous 230 model, S23 is actually nicer and looks bigger too

By the way

I've also sold their old berth (keen price on that too) here in Duquesa.

Cant confirm the current condition of the boat since she left Duq, but whilst here she was always looked after. I have not reason to believe that the owners would not keep up the maintenance.
