raw water capacity of volvo 63P ????

Why bother wasting antifreeze? just slacken off the impeller face plate, remove the anode plugs in the heat exchanger and intercooler, they are at the lowest point so all the water drains off, if the builders hasnt used the gearbox cooler anode to feed the sterngland do the same there, as in some cases the stern tube feed pipe drains off the sea water anyway so you will waste what you pour in.

Shut the sea cock beforehand.

If you can get at the hose clips on the 2 water pipes undo them and tilt the hoses down to drain the water, this all should be easy on the port engine, however if its a sealine, princess or fairline then the starboard engine may be not that easy to get to, however if you having a service beforehand and changing filters and impelers on the stb engine it makes sense to drain off after, i would do this as part of the winter layup service, after all who wants old oil laying in the sump for the next 6 months.

Happy to quote for this pm me for details.

I have just run 40% antifreeze 60% tap water through my raw water system , took 20 L until blue came from exhaust.

This wasn't because I have any concerns about frost ( in a frost free zone this year), but as I will not be using my boat for 6-8-12 weeks ? I wanted to take advantage of the corrosion inhibitors in the antifreeze.

I am always concerned that draining water from the raw water system effectively leaves your engine lined with salt water with no protection from the engine anodes as they are dry and not forming a circuit, could there also be a risk of impeller damage if water is drained completely.

Now please tell me I am wasting my time because I do this up to 2-3 times a year depending how many winter cruises we get(only takes 1/4 hour a side but its a pain), this is a job I would love to drop.

A drained raw water system is only going to encourage corrosion, at least with an anti freeze mix you will help prevent this.
