Am about to embark on a short 3 day voyage with the Pope,Parahandy and an innocent doctor, what sort of provisions should I order and where's the best source
 
Several Watneys 7 party packs. All scottish so anything decent would be wasted

A haggis, couple of Frey Bentos pies and couple of Pot Noodles, in case any food is required during the booze cruise
 
Talisker

I hazily remeber that you need Talisker. It doesn't need to be very special Talisker, just something for para to brush his teeth with and have a couple of glasses with afternoon tea. The others can make do with Bells cos they can't tell the difference....

Prior to recent cruises Gordon and me have taken to trolling round Llandudno Junction Tesco's with the other Friday night (arguing) couples. Me complaining about the price of the red wine he is buying, and him complainin about yet more cleaning materials. All we need is a couple of screaming kids..

We have however disovered Tesco's Yorkshire Teacake.. A kind of fruitloaf/fruitcake/maltloaf confection which with an inch of lurpak and a cup of tea replaces at least 2 of our usual daily meals.
 
Well let's see... I would suggest:
tinned draught Guinness / chilled white for lunch
gin for dinner aperatifs
red / white plonk as desired
A lowland malt for starting session
A range of highland / island malts for comparative tastings
Rum for nightcaps

Some food too, I suppose...
 
Note for dieters:

1 bottle of Gin roughly = 1000 calories (tonic is extra so drink it as pink gin)

recommended daily calory intake = roughly 1000 calories
