Hi, Does anybody know if the French document (ACTE DE FRANCISATION) is proof enough to english customs of the tax (TVA) being paid in france?

why dont you ask them, that is the only way to get an authorititive response.

I thought the Acte de Francisation was something like our Part 1 registration document in that it proves ownership but not TVA payment. Surely, only the original invoice showing payment of VAT is the only proof of payment of TVA?
