Portugal - Air Flights

I am taking my yacht to Portugal on the Rally Portugal. Anybody have experience of the cheapest air flights from Portugal? I plan to leave my yacht in Lagos and fly back from Faro, potential crew will also want to return. Is it better to buy a return in Portugal, a single in Portugal, a single in the UK before we go. or possible a return in the UK and not use the outward.
Has anybody experience of theis, or researched it.

Gofly.com with enough notice, fly from Faro to Stanstead or Bristol at £65 or less. Train from Lagos, opposite marina, to airport.
