Portsmouth new \"Marina\"

When dragged off to the new shopping complex on the water front in Portsmouth I spotted a few pontoons, does anyone know if they accept visitors?

I recall that they do take visitors - but you have to be large (over 20m) and book in advance.

A friend enquired whilst there and was told they had a six hour rate and an overnight rate. Can't remember the rate per metre. About £30 for 36' O/N. Not very comfortable overnight though, shouldn't have thought.

Security - locals

Also, im not sure how easy it is for the public to get there. Its right by the new bars where 14 year olds will be getting drunk on alcopops.
