I use the Mozilla browser, never have trouble with pop ups as they have to be enabled on a site by site basis, lots more features too, see http://www.mozilla.org/

Mozilla just seems to be a whole lot more stable than IE.
Additional features include tabs that allow you to quickly switch to different webpages without continually pressing 'back' as you have to do in IE.

There's no going back to IE for me, my copy of IE6 just kept dropping to bits!
I used to be able to read pdf files once, now I just get a blank window, stuff just stops working for no apparent reason. I'm sure others have come across the same problems.

Why don't you download it and try it out, it's free and can be uninstalled if you don't like it.

It will import all your favourites, cookies e.t.c.
