I don't think there is anything in the way of financial restitution. May be wrong but that's the impression I get. The propriertor does not own the freehold on the site. It was the case that Poole Borough Council wants the site so tough.
Certainly I can't see there being much for the staff.
What will piss me off is that PBC take over the site, and then it sits there, for possibly years, with nothing being done.
I fear this may happen, as I hear the budget is already going out of control, and such public civil engineering projects don't have a great track record (Dome, Spinnaker Tower, Olympics, Baths in Bath, Millenium Bridge, Scottish Parliament etc., etc.)
Mind you, the bridge is small beer, about the cost of one brick for the Olympics. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
