Plastimo Neptune cooker, how to repair the oven door spring?

The oven door counter balance spring on my Plastimo Neptune cooker oven door has failed, probably just come off a hook inside.
Has anyone had the same problem and been able to repair it?

I've got a Neptune on board and one without a door for spares. It will be a while before I could access either to have a look but if you are still looking for answers in the end, let me know.

I only just saw this, but I do still have the problem with the door spring and if you ever got a chance to look at it would appreciate knowing what you found.

This may be the spring

If so it is part number LPS 285-101 and should be available if required from Norfolk Marine in Wroxham or Spares Marine in Torquay

Now I just have to figure out how to get access to the spring.

I would imagine you have to fully open the door and then remove all the screws around the edge, but without an IPB it's a case of suck it and see.
