Has anyone had anything made in plastic? Acrylic?

My instruments are in a pod that has a separate front piece which is basically a piece of plastic folded which the holes cut out for the instruments. Screws on to the back bit of the pod which is fine.

Obviously this is a one off tiny job. The materials will cost a few pounds.

Any ideas?

Plastic will fold when hot enough. Boiling water or hot air gun. Careful not to overheat with the hot air gun. Special adhesive for plastic bonds very strongly if you decide to make a two part angle rather than folding. Practice on some scrap plastic first. I made a display case by folding plastic over a tube and glued the sides. It which worked well!

Had lots of perspex and polycarbonate items fabricated ranging from glass holders inside cupboards to prevent glasses movings in a seaway and breaking to pockets for HH GPS and HH radios to covers for instruments and washboards. My outside instrunebt mounting panel is cut and drilled perspex sprayed black see below.

Who by?

Some by me, some by a local perspex supplier/fabricator but a local perspex sign supplier could do the job.

Where are you located as you will find some local.

My suppliers would be a long way from you just look at my location.
