Can anyone tell me if Piranha Propellers are still in existence? If so, who in the UK sells them?
Has anyone any experience of them?
I am considering trying one on my 18 foot Fletcher GTB (190 BMW outdrive).

TIA

John

The theory that lies behind the Piranha is great, the practise, not so, I'm afraid. A friend of mine and I have used one extensively and he is now stuck with it... literally. Unless they are greased every five minutes, they stick to the splines.

Performance wise, I don't rate them either. Better off with metal, just keep clear of sand banks and rocks.

Cheers.
