Holman 26 also known as a Stella But.
Reputedly because a Stella owner said to Kim Holman.
"Can you design me a yacht, Like a Stella, But with more headroom and carvel planking?"
Not sure it's true but a good story.

On page 81 of the August 2019 edition of Classic Boat there is a small piece about a Holman 26 needing restoration and, although not refered to as a quote, it says ".... Holman's 37th design.....for clients wanting something like a Stella but a little larger......" ?

well they got it, slightly larger and faster than the Stella, but not as fast or as large the Twister.

Starfox has had quite an epiphany, as she's now glass sheathed and enjoying life as a trailer sailer, cruising in Europe, and sometimes to be seen on a mooring outside Levington when not travelling. I don't think she has raced since the encapsulation, but permission to do so was ushered through the class association AGM, I believe.
