I have an up to date spare copy you could have - email me.
Also, go to www.tmtr.com/rally for pilotage of H.I. and Farnes etc. It is designed for cruising dinghies but much of the info will be useful to yotties.
Thanks for the tip about hard hats? When exactly is the mating season? Wont my boom, main sheet guard wires spray hood, dodgers etc offer sufficient protection?
You only need a hat if you go ashore on the few places you are allowed to. However the yottie can navigate very close to most of the islands quite legally. The yottie may anchor in several places in the Inner Farnes group.
Your choice of anchorage will usually be downwind of an island. Dont worry, you will cease to notice the guano smell after 10 mins!!
