Perkins 4108 seafarer 22

Afternoon all,
My dad has a seafarer 21 with a inboard Perkins 4108 the engine is so noisy so we thought about changing the engines mounts but when inspection there is none.
The engine looks to be mounted straight on a flat bit of steel my question is it possible to put engine mounts on without disturbing the prop alignment or what is the the options.

You'll need to cut into the beds to make room for the new mounts, but quite do-able and will make a huge improvement.
