The Norwegian Customs are now letting visiting boats stay in the country, at any private marina, for one year without taxes!. The only condition is that you apply to the Norwegian Toll for a special form which as to be completed before hand..www.toll.no
The form is in Norwegian at the moment. But will be in English shortly!

No sailing is 3+ times more expensive in the UK!!! I moor in a marina. Which costs me £300 per year with a returnable deposit of £3000.00 when I choose to leave. Guest mooring is about £10 per night sometimes that includes Elec. At one middle town marina for your tener you get delivered to your boat a free newspaper and breakfast rolls! Can you get that at a MDL marina?
I was in the UK last month and UK prices are not cheap these days!
